The major reason I want to be rich and financially independent is to stand for my faith, my values, without anyone threatening to starve me for it.

Like if you don't feed me, if you didn't buy my phone or if I don't sleep under your roof, you can't tell me what to believe, what to post and what not to. And in case I am submitting, it is a genuine surrender of a crown I actually have, not an attempt at having a piece from your plate. 😊

JUST IN: Germany’s parliament has approved a new military service model. From 2027, all 18 year-old males must report for inspection. Military service remains voluntary but if the required number of recruits is not met, a so-called ‘needs-based conscription’ could apply.

These possess a false hope that time will change the quality of their lives-unaware that it's not time that changes life, but rather, it's what you do within that time that can change the quality of your life. While they constantly blame everything else but themselves for their present condition, the thought of a bright future seems to slowly fade out of their minds like vague memory of a good bedtime dream.
These have also been placed on the sidelines of life, left only as spectators, to either cheer up or criticize those that are participating and seem to have the winning edge in this game of life.

I don’t know if we have been shaped to be this way or it is our own doing, but apparently there’s a model of who a "normal” person is. If you don't match this, you are sick and need belong to a mental asylum or prison. 😂

According to this model, you must feel nothing, react to nothing, and just live in airplane mode. At this point, every emotion has become a diagnosis. If you breathe too loudly, they’ll probably create a new one.

Once you’re anxious about trying something new, sad about something sad, excited about something exciting, then you have Bipolar, ADHD, OCD. 😁
Before you even finish your story, someone is already offering pills to help you manage your "abnormality."

And then the obsession with “stoicism” 😪 Most people claiming it aren’t even stoic, they’re just emotionally constipated but with better branding. 😂
You can’t cry, can’t love openly, can’t be hurt, can’t ask for help… , I wonder what is so cool about being a beautifully functioning corpse.🙃

Sometimes the saviour complex is birthed from pride. You think you are the only one who has the power and the willingness to help, to stand by everyone else, and the entire world is only receiving from you and using you without giving.
You become so obsessed with what you have to do and what you have done for others that you don’t even take time to appreciate what others have done for you.

It is what makes you feel lonely even when you are surrounded by love, empty even when everyone is pouring into you.

Maybe love will never be practical, and that is okay.
I live everyday trying to survive between walls that feel like they are drawing in, waiting to crush me if I pause even for a moment.

And then, romance becomes that small wing that lifts me out of them and allows me watch my heaviness from above.
Escape into a space that feels open, for a while, even if I know I will return to the tight, demanding reality of a world that feels too small.

Sometimes I wish I could stay in that place a little longer, that land of fantasy where nothing really makes sense, yet life feels more precious.
In that place, something awakens in me, something no darkness can put out.

So, if the authority in question is such a “control freak,” wouldn’t the gullible followers be the playground of the authority's terror?
Why is it the so-called “brave” who are always seeing the most danger, running the hardest, and shouting the loudest? How are the ones who claim to be free the most scared, and the ones who submit at peace?

We tend to forget that power comes with responsibility but also a whole lot of privileges. That’s why it is pursued with so much intensity. Money, fame, love we seek, to lead to us to this same end, power. Any form of authority lets you make decisions in your interest and for those under you.
We want systems to bend to us without doing the work that gives others the power to make us bend.

In life, you get authority two ways, you submit and wait for it to be given or you challenge it if you think you can.
But with God? I haven’t seen anyone pick option two and come out with victory. Not even once. 😂

Some people struggle with the fact that if someone is above you in a hierarchy and you depend on them, they get to make decisions. Whether you understand them or not. Their authority is the reason. That’s it.

That’s the same issue many people have with God.
It’s not that they don’t believe He exists… it’s that their minds can’t handle the idea of authority and submission. They want to question everyone, demand explanations, and act like they can hold anyone and anything “accountable,” while standing right at the bottom of the ladder 😂.

Some even convince themselves God doesn’t exist simply because admitting it would mean accepting that they have no absolute power.

Rebellion looks brave until you realise it’s just fear masked.
The irony is that rebels always see authority as way more extreme than the people who actually submit to it.
They imagine authority to be harsh, controlling, suffocating… while the ones who submit are experiencing grace, patience, and peace.

Not every ancient thing is righteous and not every modern thing is evil.

Evil has been around since the days of Cain. Evil people grow old too and more righteous people are still being born.

Meanwhile the men that are orchestrating all evil in the world are men from centuries ago. While you are seated here judging my dressing, there is some 88 year old man poisoning the food, the water, subbortaging the economy, trafficking young girls, poisoning people with drugs. This generation's children don't even have enough money to do so much evil. Y'all tripping.
The real demons are over there having it easy because they know this generation is their scape goat. 😂

There is this man I see, a respectable member of the community.
Every day he wakes up and steps into a small cubicle,
and there, his master is waiting for him,
the one who speaks to him in ways his children must never hear, the one who orders him around,
shouts at him, strips him of dignity piece by piece.
And yet, he still shows up.

I often wonder who he does this for.
Is it for the daughter who swears she hates men?
The son who wishes he was dead and envies everything his father owns?
Or the wife who throws his provision back at him because to her, it is never enough?

I wonder if he thinks of giving up, just sitting down, surrendering, refusing to take in, even one more insult.
I wonder if there is even one person who sees that he is doing well, who values him.
If appreciation ever crossed his path, would he recognize it?
