Sometimes silence isn't really peace, it's just pain that forgot how to scream.
we say everything is okay to ourselves, we smile and move on but deep down something still awaits to be heard, and it's strange how we learnt to hide it so well. how we walk with our wounds open like they're nothing. maybe that's what strength really is. not the shouting, not the noise but the courage to continue walking even when it hurts.
But one day when patience finally finishes its long prayer, that pain will learn how to speak again, not in anger but in truth and when it does, it will not be one voice but a generation reborn with a unifying purpose and only finally then, the world will listen.
