I agree, when money is the only motivator, discipline eventually runs out. Along the way, you may feel pushed to do less or more depending on what "enough" money looks like to you at that moment. And since output can't (and shouldn't) be measured solely by your financial temperature, it's important to find another reason for why you do what you do.
