NEVER have I:

heard a woman excuse her female friend’s rudeness because she was on her period.

heard a woman overlook another woman’s bad attitude because she was pregnant or dealing with postpartum struggles.

seen a female boss allow an employee to mistreat customers because she was hormonal or in a bad mood.

AND yet when it comes to men, we’re often expected to tolerate, absorb, and understand these same behaviors without question.

Women rarely extend that same patience to each other, but they expect men to play the role of emotional punching bags.

This shows that much of it is deliberate. If someone can control their behavior with their friends, their boss, or their customers, then suddenly lose control only with you, it means they choose where to draw the line.

Yet they have the audacity to call a “man child “ emotionally unintelligent” men tolerate so much from women.

So, sit your arse down, think about it and leave her pronto (if you must)!

I have seen women do all you have said because they are on their period. You just don't know that they are. They don't move with a label. I am not saying it should be an excuse to behave that way, what I am saying is what you've never seen happen actually happens. And some categories you've mentioned actually include men. Clients, bosses, etc.
Then period mood swings don't just happen out of the blue. It is just an exaggerated reaction. Like when something makes you sad, you are extremely sad or when it makes you angry, you are extremely angry. So if you are not close to a person, unless you provoke the person intentionally, you might not have the power to affect their emotions and you will not see it.

Then, different women have different responses to periods. Some don't get the discomfort that cause the irritation. Not everyone behaves the same.

Again, I am not excusing the behaviour, but I am pointing out the facts that might have been missed.
